In January 2015, the Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda UFSD commissioned a study of the District's administrative and leadership structure. The purpose of the study was to identify ways it might be made more efficient and effective with a greater focus on student learning and improvements in student achievement as the District consolidation plan takes effect.
 
The findings and recommendations of the study, entitled "Emphasizing Student Achievement," were presented to the Board of Education at the July 7, 2015 Board meeting. An executive summary of the study and the recommendations as well as the presentation can be found here:
 
 
The study provides an assessment of ways in which District administrators and leaders at all levels and the organizational structure might be able to function more effectively and bring about improvements in student achievement. We welcome input from all District stakeholders as the administration and Board of Education reviews the recommendations of the study team.
