The end of the 2017-18 school year included several memorable events for students of Franklin Elementary School such as the Living Museum, Flag Day, and Field Day.
Students in third and fourth grade at Franklin Elementary School have been enjoying a variety of engaging events and activities.
Kenmore East and Kenmore West students visited six elementary and middle schools over a two-day span and set up stations where they painted children’s pinkie fingers purple as part of “Purple Pinkie Day.”
Fourth grade students at Franklin Elementary recently completed a workshop called "Thinking Outside the Box" with a representative from Shea's.
Larissa Gramza, fourth-grade teacher at Franklin Elementary, created an after-school dance club for boys and girls in third and fourth grade which included five after-school sessions.
Two Ken-Ton teachers, one from Franklin Elementary School and one from Franklin Middle School, were featured in two different episodes of “Inside the Classroom.”
Every year, the Ken-Ton School District holds a special event that recognizes the importance of art education while at the same time thanking Board of Education members for their service.
